Product introduction:

Outdoor optical cables for communication purpose with metal-reinforced components, filling mode by central tube of optical-fiber ribbon and steel wire-carrying steel polyolefin sheaths.

Product property:

Minimized transmission attenuation and dispersion with rational design and accurate control of optical fiber ribbon spiral winding so as to bring the excessive lengths of optical cables inside the loose casing pipes in consistence, guarantee superior mechanical and environmental performance. A tight structure with loose tube remaining at the physical center of the cable is helpful to the bending of the optical cables. Between loose tubes and steel bands are filled with water resistant material. And steel band lapping is adhered together by using special techniques with plastically coated steel bands being tightly connected to PE sheaths, therefore ensuring not only the damp-proof and water resistant performance of the optical cables but also the non-contraction of loose tubes after cables are laid. In this way, a relatively longer service life of cables is ensured.

• Central loose tube
• Cable core filled with jelly
• Both sides plastic coated corrugated steel bands adhered with PE inner sheath
• Armoured PE sheath with double steel wire embedded

Scope of application: Applicable to be used as transmission lines for the outdoor feeders and associated wiring of access networks and also as leadings.

Laying mode: aerial, duct, direct buried as well as cable tunnels etc.
