Introduction to the product

HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe takes HDPE as its major raw material, added with necessary additives, through extrusion molding, forms the pipe whose internal wall is smooth and external wall is corrugated, which is a closely-welded ring structure with hollow wall.   

Product propertiess

Good stiffness, higher pressure resistance than common plastic pipe of same specification

As heavy as half of the common plastic pipe of same specification, somehow, human labor intensity is reduced.  

Construction cost of the double-wall corrugated pipe is 1/3 lower than common plastic pipe. 

Corrosion resistance, , smooth internal wall, its safe to use and has long service life.

Application

Serve as protective sleeve for cable, radio and TV line of telecommunication, railway, expressway and tunnel.

Technical standard

Color: the color should be uniform, normally white, or determined by the supplier and buyer.

Appearance: the wall of the pipe should be free from air bubble, crack, decomposition and discoloration line or obvious foreign matters. Internal wall of the pipe should be smooth and closely welded with the external wall, no split, wave shape should be uniform.

Camber at the same direction should be less than 2%. 

Cold-bend radius: the corrugated pipe should have some bending performance for constructional convenience.
