Geo-cell is a geotechnical synthetic material with macromolecule polymer as main raw materials, in which the extruded sheet is processed by exquisite workmanship and then welded as three-dimensional structure.

  Communication works

• As generally soft foundation is treated for expressway construction. The particular usage of sandstone and soil material as subgrade will not only thick subgrade, increase amount of works, but also prolong construction period and enlarge investment. However the geo-cell can greatly minimize construction intensity, decrease amount of works, improve bearing capacity of subgrade, enhance works efficiency and reduce investment cost.
• To reduce the partial settlement of soft bedding and extrusion of sandstone at the both sides of bedding under loads imposed by train, lay geo-cell onto bedding, use sandstone to fill and then perform regular construction to effectively upgrade the bearing capacity of soil layer under bedding and reduce shearing deformation and settlement of subgrade under loads imposed by train, thus minimizing construction intensity, shortening construction period and saving investment.
• For temporary road in desert spread out and fix geo-cell directly and then use sand soil for filling to satisfy driving condition of load-carrying vehicle and solve such problems as looseness, incompactness and softness of soil in desert area and critical shortage of road construction materials.
• Combine geo-cell with geo-cloth to facilitate road construction on beach and riverbed and replace Moving Mount, Filling Seal as road construction method. Lay out geo-cloth on beach (riverbed) and then put geo-cell onto geo-cloth and fix it, use sandstone to fill and compact it, thus building a permanent road. If geo-cell and geo-cloth are submerged in water, road strength will not be influenced.

Clashing resistance and revetment of the side slope for water conservancy facilities:

• For construction of dike, the side slope of dam and bank at river, lake and sea, lay geo-cell onto the side slope and the slope body of bank, embed the slope body at 2/3 wall of geo-cell and expose 1/3 slope body in soil of bank out of dome to form multi-layer retaining wall at geo-cell wall in order to slow water flow and avoid producing runoff on dome. Fill geo-cell with small gravel (or grass planting) to effect clashing resistance, slope protection and revetment. Geo-cell can effect water and soil conservation, virescence and environmental protection. Geo-cell has flexibility and the whole interconnection to repair such defects as looseness, collapse, depression and water and soil loss for hard materials like stone and brick masonry. 

Support for bedding course of pipeline

• Substitute geo-cell and sandstone and soil for stone and other masonries to support the bedding course of pipeline, form the overall solid plate as bedding course, reduce settlement of pipeline caused by the external force and protect pipeline for long time, particular to improve economic efficiency for large long-distance pipeline.
