Product introduction:

Outdoor optical cables for communication purpose with metal-reinforced components, filling mode by loose tube layer stranded, and laminated aluminum polyolefin sheaths, and polyolefin tube longitudinally wrapped up by corrugated steel bands.

Product property:

Minimized transmission attenuation and dispersion with rational design and accurate control of excessive length as well as cable-forming mode of the optical cable inside the loose tube so as to guarantee superior mechanical and environmental performance. The tight structure of the optical cable adopts SZ layered winding mode with easy branching to ensure that optical cables are not subject to stress under harsh environment. Between reinforced components and cable cores are filled with water-resistant ointments so as to guarantee a full cross-sectional water resistance of the cables. Lapped seams of steel bands are adhered together by using special techniques with plastically coated steel bands being tightly connected to PE sheaths to ensure radial anti-dampness with enhanced capability to counter side pressures, therefore prolonging the service life of optical cables.
